Group Consultations (IAOTRC Supervisions) are designed for wellness providers who want to deepen their client work, strengthen their confidence, and grow a sustainable trauma-informed practice.
If you’re a new or developing coach or other wellness provider who wants clearer guidance, grounded support, and a space to think through complex client and business challenges, this is for you.
This group offers consultation / supervision through a uniquely integrative lens, blending:
·Trauma systems awareness (nervous system, relationships, culture, and larger systems)
·Business development (systems, strategy, marketing)
·Cultural humility (identity, privilege,
and blind spots).
Each session includes members sharing client issues and/or business and marketing questions. From there, we widen the conversation into the real-world issues of growing a practice, including navigating power differentials and building ethical marketing strategies.
The goal is to support you not only in your client work but also in creating a sustainable, trauma-informed business you can trust yourself to lead.
Consultation / Supervision supports both client work and business development in a trauma-informed professional container so you can thrive as an entrepreneur in a community that understands the weight of your work.

Consultation gives you a place to pause, breathe, and find clarity again. It’s where you bring the moments that feel confusing, heavy, or uncertain and leave with steadiness you can trust.
It supports you by helping you, especially as you navigate the cultural, relational, and power dynamics that shape every healing space:
Grow your skill and confidence Through real conversations about client work, boundaries, communication, and the patterns that show up across the diverse settings where you serve your clients.
Think ethically and stay attuned So you’re not navigating complex situations alone or guessing what “best practice” looks like.
Learn through community Hearing how other providers think, work, and problem-solve expands your capacity far beyond what you can learn on your own.
Protect your well-being Consultation helps you navigate emotional labor, compassion fatigue, and the invisible weight of holding space for others.
Build a sustainable practice As you deepen your expertise, your clarity, and your ability to lead your work with integrity.
Each meeting is guided with intention so you have space to think, question, grow, and ground yourself in the work you’re doing.
A structured, supportive flow Sessions blend reflection, skill development, and real-time problem-solving to help you move through both client challenges and business questions.
Bring what’s alive in your practice You can share client situations, ethical dilemmas, communication challenges, marketing concerns, boundary questions, or the internal patterns that show up as you lead your work.
Collaborative learning You learn not only from me but from the perspectives and lived experiences of your peers. The group becomes a place where insight deepens and blind spots are illuminated.
Trauma-informed, culturally aware guidance I hold the space through a trauma-informed, systems lens so you can explore your work without judgment, defensiveness, or comparison.
Small group intimacy Groups are capped at 12 to ensure connection, presence, and meaningful engagement.
These consultation groups are open to all wellness providers. If you’re a coach, healer, somatic practitioner, or any professional who supports others, you are in the right place.

Your work asks a lot of you. It asks you to stay present, attuned, and clear even when emotions run high or the path feels uncertain. Consultation gives you a place to return to yourself so you can keep offering grounded, ethical, meaningful care.
It helps you:
See your patterns with more clarity So you can lead your work from intention rather than reactivity or self-doubt.
Strengthen your boundaries and emotional capacity Through support, reflection, and real conversation.
Deepen your impact As you grow in confidence, skill, and the steadiness required to hold space for others and sustain your practice.
